Nicole has over 15 years of nursing experience. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, she began her career as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit and ER at Halifax Health. She then earned her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of North Florida, and since 2013 she has focused solely on pediatric primary care. Nicole is also a certified Lactation Counselor and offers breastfeeding support to new moms.

In addition to her patient work, Nicole is an adjunct faculty member at Florida State University, where she teaches graduate level Physician Assistant students the art of pediatric medicine.

A lifelong resident of the greater Ormond Beach area (and mother of three children herself), Nicole loves the relationships she makes with the families and children in her community.

A passion for children’s health drew Jennifer into neonatal and pediatric nursing more than 20 years ago. Originally from New England, she graduated from St. Joseph’s College of Maine with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked at a Level III NICU before moving to Florida with her husband in 2001, where she worked as a nurse in the pediatric ICU, neonatal ICU and general pediatrics.

Jennifer later earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Pediatric Primary Care at the University of Florida and became a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Certified Lactation Counselor in 2018. She was also appointed Clinical Assistant Professor with the College of Nursing at the University of Florida.

Now a mom of two boys and a longtime resident of Volusia County, she continues to provide expert pediatric primary care and lactation support to the children and families in her community..

Sydney earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida in 2013. She then worked at UF Health for two years as a pediatric registered nurse while earning her Master of Science in Nursing for Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Vanderbilt University. She has worked as a primary care pediatric nurse practitioner since 2015.

She was born and raised in Ormond Beach where she continues to live with her husband and three young girls. Sydney has a passion for helping others. She truly enjoys taking care of her family and friends and loves meeting new families in her community.
